Leeds University Union Swimming and Water Polo Logo - Brief
The media secretary at Leeds University Union Swimming and Water Polo team asked me to design a logo for the club. The logo would be unofficial but it would be used on the union website as well as LUUSWP personal website and social media accounts. There is also the possibility of the logo being used on unofficial club merchandise and tour shirts.
About the Club
The University of Leeds’ Swimming and Water polo society (LUUSWP) is one of the largest clubs within the university with over 200 members. The society is highly competitive whilst also maintaining an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Both sports compete in the national BUCS leagues, involving teams from Stirling down to Plymouth. The club is not only highly competitive but also offers a prominently active social scene. The club holds weekly socials following Wednesday matches, a black tie Christmas meal and an annual sports tour trip abroad over the Easter break.

The club encompasses 5 seperate squads: Development A (Swimming), Development B (Swimming), Performance (Swimming), Womens Polo, Mens Polo. The logo must be appropriate for all teams. It must be appropriate at national competitons, while also representing a young adult team, as all members are of university age (cannot be childish)
