Steve Gavan's style is bold and playful. He creates humorous characters, uses warm colour palettes and thinks, rounded typefaces in his work.

He created a series of fruit stickers for indie bands Trouble peach and Moon Cup.

I would like to use this tone of voice in the stickers I will make as it makes it more light-hearted and is more likely to engage young people in appose to a heavier, more serious style.

bold simple, eye-catching shapes with a colour scheme that makes it obvious that the stickers are in reference to Brexit.

I realised that the only way the stickers would work is if they have a background. Otherwise, they would become very fiddly, especially the type.
