Idea 1
Idea 1 |
Stackable tins with a lip to secure them together. Reduce storage space as less surface area covered by base of tins.
Idea 2
Idea 2 |
Teslating shapes to create four tins that fit together. When placed together it creates a full design. Every tin works graphically on their own.

Idea 4 |
This idea works on the idea of re-using the tins for something that is not storage. We chose to make its second function a plant pot. All the chosen flavours consist of fruit that can be grown from seeds. (raspberry, apple and lemon). The seeds would be stored in a compartment in the lid and sealed with foil. The tins would have to be wide and short to avoid it toppling over once the plant begins to grow. The tins would be hexagonal in shape. This means the tins would tesselate, keeping them neatly together when they are still being used as tea containers.
Logo Ideas
I will concentrate on developing the logos that are more plant like or the more abstract designs. The more classic images of boats etc. wouldn't work with the prints Lucy has produced and are too reminiscent of colonisation and authority.
